Posting photos to internet,week-end web-sites,and an e-mail mailing of over 3,000 current customers

Obtaining Proper Permits and City Signage

Staffing the sale w/ employees and uniformed officers (if the sale warrants)

Hire a staff of  reliable employees (who have been w/ the company for over 5 - 7 yrs.) to work the floor and encourage sales
